  • Cancellation of retainer services after commencement will not be eligible for a full refund, as resources and time will have already been allocated.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be prorated based on services rendered up to the date of cancellation.

  • Once document preparation or review has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.
