Ms. Jessica A. Clarke is the Senior Administrative Clerk at CTS- Simmonds Legal Chambers. She is a National of the United Kingdom and a Citizen of St. Christopher and Nevis.
Jessica joined our team in 2021. Jessica has over forty years’ experience in the legal field and has worked with distinguished legal minds such as the late Mr. Herman Liburd. Over the years, she had developed a solid reputation for providing excellent customer and administrative services with a wealth of experience in probate and conveyance matters.
Jessica is a great asset to the firm, and she has vast experience in dealing with a variety of legal matters including divorce proceedings, land transfers and probate applications. Her expertise also extended to immigration law and the vetting of US Visa Applications. She is best known for being prompt, insightful, and reliable
Jessica also has served in the role of a Compliance Officer since 2015 and has been exposed to training in AML/CFT Awareness Seminars and Training Workshops from 2015-2019.

Known for her strong organizational skills, keen analytical ability, and passion for the law, D’Rhys plays a vital role in supporting our attorney and ensuring the efficient operation of legal processes. She brings fresh energy and a proactive approach to the legal team, making a significant contribution to every project.
D’Rhys is eager to grow within the legal profession, with aspirations to pursue a career in law and qualify as an Attorney. She is committed to continuous learning and contributing meaningfully to the legal field. Beyond work, D’Rhys is engaged in the Nevis Branch of the Youth Parliament Association reflecting a deep commitment to justice and service.
